We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out to you. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 2 hours of receipt of your order. For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable except in cases in which Foodywoody shipped the incorrect item. However, the items can be replaced or exchanged, and a fresh packet is sent to you. Returns or pick-ups for replacement are allowed only on non-edible/perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.
There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which Foodywoody shipped the incorrect product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping and you raise a complaint with the Foodywoody within 2 hours of receipt of your order, we make a second attempt to do the replacement of the same. Returns are available only under special cases.
Order can be picked-up either the same day if the issue is brought to the notice of Foodywoody team before 12 noon or the next day if the same is done after 12 noon. If you receive damaged goods, lease notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.
Please do not send any returns C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
Additionally, when we receive the returned items, only in special cases, a full refund will be issued in the form of payment that was used to make the original purchase. Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Foodywoody.
packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver, and no one is available to accept the package.
If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense. We will do everything possible to prevent damage, but we cannot be responsible for
products that went foul or are damaged during shipping.
Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding. Mostly, when we receive the returned items, a full refund will be issued in the form of Loyalty points or in the form of payment that was used to make the original purchase. However, in special cases, the refund amounts shall be credited to your account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of your choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below:
